I'm lucky #9 .

No way I'm riding 30 miles tonight just to say I came in 8th :)

At least you’re not stuck in a 1100SF townhouse with two kids and 2 dogs weighing a total of 170 pounds between them because you got screwed on a house yet again. Silver linings!!!

Life could indeed always be worse.

If > 200 is the game, you can deal me out. I actually enjoy a little speed work.

There's always the sort by average speed option. ;)

But then you've gotta deal with flat-lander bam and virtual Dan.

From the sound of the engine, I think he went back to a residential area near by. I let the cops know. Dude hit what I think was about 25 mph.

Better we should sort by elevation.

Lol, datlas climbed in 3x as much as me and still beat me in average speed by 1.2mph

What's the heavy bike handicap factor?

My bike is not very light, about 19 pounds.

Mine's about 35 with two bottles :o

Let's not mention the additional 60lbs of rider weight, either :innocent:

The mean speed of my interval workouts isn’t very impressive anyway. ...neither is the top speed, for that matter.

we had the highest offer and got bumped because we wouldn’t put up extra cash if the house wouldn’t appraise over our ridiculous offer

Heh. I've been curious about what I could work up to on flat ground, no lead-out, but I've never given it a real try. There is a steep little bump nearby that I sometimes use for 20-sec all-out efforts - I like that one because I don't need to concern myself with spinning out and shifting.

Wait - what? Are you saying that they wanted you to enter a contract with them and then up your offer to match the appraisal? Or are you saying that you wouldn't have kicked in extra cash to meet the bank's LTV requirement if it came in low?

These are 5-20 min efforts at levels around threshold. I have absolutely nothing in the sub-3 min. range.
