Hmm...Cheshire Cat. Perhaps Lewis Carroll?

I find no mention of it. Born in 1832, he would have been in his 50s in the Penny-farthing era and in his 60s and final decade during the rise of the safety bike.

try that now & you might have to drive for a while before finding such roads.
