That said, I honestly don't think it's an especially good opener, if you get my drift.

Please note that that is worLdle, not the normal Wordle. No opener gaming to be done. Click the link and see.

I'm going to be the lone voice of... maybe not dissent, but at least caution. "Cheap" is relative and, more so than other tires, a lot of people seem to buy Contis at brick and mortar stores. Your friend may have paid $80+ each and may think that he's doing you a favor selling them at $50, which would be higher than the going rate online. Now, if he's tellin' you 20 bucks, yeah - giddyup.

Though, sadly, the days of $73/pair from PBK seem to have passed. Now it's $80 a pair.

For another $20, you can get the 'Transparent' with the brown sidewalls.

Edit: about a half-hour south of Lexington, which is where we often stop for the night... I might make that detour.

You're life will never be the same!

And, your wife will thank you.

We need a Buc’ees ruling from a neutral party.

But, they are the stuff of legend.

I just checked PBK and it's $80 for a pair of 650 tires, the 700s are $98.99.

I had the rest stop planned north of Lexington, and I wasn’t going to stop twice.

I'll find out what he wants for them next time we ride. He won't try to make money on them, he's pretty generous.

I dunno if I've ever passed one, unless they were arou d in the 80s.

Thinking about a trip to El Paso soon, maybe there's one there.

I'll be sure to post a review if there's one in El Paso, or on the way there.

The biggest Buc-ee's will be the one VV comes to love and cherish. Hell, he'll be able to ride laps around the parking lot time trial style.
