Thanks MoAlpha and LAJ Got it fixed, It was under too much tension like you both said. Put it on the smallest cog backed out the barrel adjuster hit the shifter a few times re tightened and then slowly backed it back out.

I was making adjustments to the front derailer following park tool instructions, and when I got to the part where you shift to put the chain on the inner most chain ring and inner most cog I realized that the shifting stops on the cog before the last one. My shifter has no more clicks, so it seems that my chain is not in sync with my RD?? I feel like this should be an easy fix but I think I am over thinking it. Any suggestions?
