Went to Trek and spun the wheel. Won $10 store credit, so got my wife a jersey that was on sale for $25. Made it a $15 jersey.
They had a nice P1 Emonda In my size that I considered buying with the credit, but ended up concluding my wife would go postal. Go back and use my account to spin for me. I want the P1 emonda. We can share dual custody. |

seems legit. I think. Are flats a problem for volley balls?

Went for a 36 mile ride. 30 was the goal, so 6 miles were extra. My legs were all like “Let’s Gooooooooo”, my lungs were all like “Hell Nooooo”
200 average power, 19.2 average speed. Could have been worse I guess. Looks like heart rate was zone 4 for the most part. I started later than I wanted too, so the route that I had planned which keeps me closer to the house has some really sketchy roads initially. Traffic was already heavier that I would have liked, so I went balls out trying to clear that section. Thankfully I had my bontrager flare light plus varia so all cars were aware of my presence. |

Don't know about volleyballs, but it's a real problem for any kind of inflatable ball at our house. Somehow, Dory, who's only about 12 lbs of dog, manages to deflate them, no matter how big they are.
too bad there isn’t any money in deflating balls. |

Snuck out for a ride. It was wet and drizzly at the start but the real rain was finished. I met up with some friends for a group ride, but I am on call (could not get someone to cover me. Sad!) and of course got two pages 30 minutes into the group ride. I sent them on their way and put out the fires. I then went on my own for awhile longer. It was fine, but I missed my friends!

I wonder if volleyballs come in tubed and tubeless versions, and if people argue about which is better on volleyballforums.

It was snowing a short time ago.

Less than an hour indoors doesn't really count as a proper ride. I mean, I could probably do that + 3 miles.
I mean, I was flogging those pedals trying to shave a couple minutes off the virtual course, and the run was my second-fastest post-broken-hip. But sure, yours is an accurate description too. We'll see how my race at the real UT goes in two weeks. |

I wonder if I could hit up the 5 stores close to me, and recruit a bunch of friends to do the same, Could I win a $10 credit enough to get a free bike? |

You don’t need an account. It’s at all Trek stores. You can go to a local one.

If the deal is just local, then that improves my chances of winning the bike. |

Speaking of deflating, after Dory managed to deflate the most recent bouncy ball Mrs. GeneJockey got her, Mrs. GJ said, "I think, given this habit and how small she is, we should call her Deflator Mouse."
And THAT, friends, is why I married her. |
