Nice bikes, classic 70's and 80's! Care to identify the year and model? Not terribly good at Pug spotting yet, but is the white one with white bar tape possibly an 88 Versailles?

Here's my AO-8 - currently getting new rims....

No picture atm, but I've got a nice Louison Bobet SS conversion. Only European bike I ride on a regular basis.
And I don't know why, but I find that "French bike of unknown origins" there to be a very sharp looking bike. Probably because it is color coordinated while most of my bikes are not. |
Not mine, but (at the risk of frightening people) here is a sample of the abandoned bikes I came across on a visit to Paris this year....

Just got back from a ride on the UO-8:
http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4003/...5f56f7e6_o.jpg Red Hill Church in the moonlight. Where'd everybody go? Thought everyone would be out, now that the roads have finally dried a bit. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2705/...968e0a21_o.jpg Ottsville Inn. 10'clock Friday night, time to close up. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2713/...56329b29_o.jpg At the spillway last Sunday. |
A bad picture of my '80 Motobecane Super Touring.
