when i retired last year i decided to buy anither frame from my buddy’s bikeshop. so he had a leftover moots ti that i could have got an extreme deal on. As a retired racer, and and working and building bikes over the years, had to get smarter on electronic shifting. Long story short, why do i want to spend 3k on electronics when im perfectly happy with my campy record and sram red mechanical. problem with the moots was it was setup for electronic shifting only . Which i thought meant could do either mechanical or electronic… NOT!! bottom line, ended up with a super duper deal leftover specialized Crux frame and sram reds. Im a happy camper. |
