wut is "modern steel"?

A new bike made out of steel. Often, but not always, using modern fitments such as disc brakes and threadless headsets. It can also mean modern alloys of steel, such as XCr. Bikes made from modern steels are themselves de facto modern. This distinguishes from C&V steel bikes.

Nice ride.

Such a sensitive boy. These things come in phases and you'll likely grow out of it by the time you're my age. You can always try that anti-CGRP receptor antibody. It's supposed to be nothing short of miraculous.

Now that my bike is 6 months and retired, have i just been promoted to CandV?

Oversized tubing, typically lugless construction, threadless headsets, disc brakes, thru-axles. Most nowadays are going with tapered head tubes as well for carbon fork compatibility.

Guess I'm a plastic bike kind of guy because I've not once cared about luglessness.

I'm not up on steels. Basically only know stainless, and that seems old.

Kudos. But that was too easy. When do you take possession? Oh, and does it have the sexy double shower like Humbug's new house?

it was kind of easy. they only countered once. We met the half way. We take possession the 26 of august. Weíre doing the inspection on tuesday, he already had one done 2 weeks ago, so I donít think we will have anything to worry about.

Shockingly logical. I didn't think that was possible.

If you look at the data on this class itís kinda underwhelming. Plus I am lucky enough that these things happen fairly rarely. The trigger is elusive, however. I hope it wasnít the raspberries. They are too good to abandon.

Speaking of bugles, how has your playing been progressing?

I am usually in the top 5 if not top 3. I canít compete with datlas who is more machine than man, or trainsnorter. Bah humbug is on another level too when he chooses to ride outside.

Ah, thanks for the correction. Not all migraine has a discernible trigger.

If we ever built a house, we might have done that.

So you're serious but not elite?

I'm not serious, but I can average 20mph on the MUPs, so I am elite.

Over a century. There are hundreds of steel alloy variants. Not all are suitable for all purposes. Over in Japan there's work done on steel just to find better ones for knives, specifically. Those are separate from steels for tools, cars, bikes, and whatever else.

Well and my path is only through ~40mpd, which works until I have morning meetings and screw up which day it is. Those who churn out big mileage on single days are more impressive. At least, IMO.

Or those who deal with weather.
