The Zestimate is akin to Strava power. It is likely in the ballpark but has major limitations. I believe their algorithm is quite stupid and based on local comps and price per square foot. Does not reflect detailed neighborhood (eg busy street vs cul-de-sac) or upgrade status of roof/windows/exterior/kitchen/bathrooms etc. Caveat Emptor.

Our rides these days start in the boondocks, so no problem to jettison the liquid ballast just before the start.

Missed the post pics of yourself. Believe it or not, those glasses are the small size. |
While not an extreme close-up, here is Mrs datlas and me at “Levitated Mass” which is at LACMA.

That chin strap tho.
That way, if I don’t die from the sudden impact of car meets body, I can suffocate slowly from my helmet. Contingency plan. |

Pretty close. I actually ride to the start. And by boondocks I mean you can go for a long ride and not have any traffic lights or traffic to speak of. You might even lose your cellular signal for a bit.

never heard of it. |
Mrs Abshipp's AC has once again stopped working in her car. 2012 Ford Escape.
Seems like every 1.5-2 weeks it stops working. We take it to a shop, they have so far (1) recharged, (2) replaced expansion valve, (3) did something to the computer because the compressor wasn't turning on. It just stopped working again. When the car is turned on, after 5 seconds the compressor kicks on and air blows cold but between 5-15 seconds after engine start the air blows hot. The shop that's been working on it has been very helpful as far as not charging us for repeated visits since they haven't yet fixed it, but I think we may need to go elsewhere now. No AC down here is just not sustainable :notamused: |

With humidity to match.

Fun fact:Billy Joe Royal grew up in nearby Marietta. |
We're only about 1.25 miles from the nearest horse, dunno if I'd call it the boondocks though.
