This iteration or OG Addiction?

....then again, when a deal comes along on a complete bike, it's a grand thing, if you're agreeable to all of the parts.

That's how I built this one.

I saw 55/Rad Pinarello, and started collecting parts. It took over 10 years, but it only cost pocket change.

Her driveway is likely longer than one of your Strava-less walks.

I did live in Flag late 80s early 90s, wouldn't mind that again, or Williams.
Def getting out of the valley soon. Might have to tough out the whole summer though.

Luckily it looks like tomorrow will be the last ****ty day for a while.

Every now and then I consider Flag as my next destination. And then I consider somewhere else.

OG. Pcad bragging about his new plastic bike and how we would all rue the day.

I grew up north of Boston, but I'm done with that weathe. .

I loves me some winter weather, the cold, the snow.

The heat has a profoundly negative effect on me, although the dry heat of the desert is much preferable to the humidity of the east coast.

Flag is nice, but you can't swing a dead cat in the air without hitting someone that just moved there from California.

I thought you may have been talking about this post from the tail end of LXXVII that got quoted on to the first page of this version

I love the heat of the desert, but 90F in the Northeast sucks.

Yeah I would definitely have to study the place some more.

A lot of wrong posts on just one page.

Kudos.

One more time, we prefer “enablers”.

The hottest bike to ever grace these forums. Rad knocked it out of the park.

Better than Austin and Boston.

Yeah, a little bit at a time spreads the pain out, but overall the price tends to be higher on a piecemeal build. Kind of annoying when the end value is less than the sum of the parts, but I suppose that's (literally) the price you pay for getting exactly what you want.

Depends. My price on the Cervelo was pretty good. I don't think that I could have gotten an equivalent full build (with place-keeper wheels) for less. But being picky about things like handlebars and stem can really jump up the price on you. If you have some flexibility there, you can get things done pretty economically.

I don't remember if you are studying vet or human medicine. I'm thinking vet

Kudos. Even if I had the same experience, I think I would have to factor in the emotional price of having to wait
