Way cool. Is one a Bowie knife type deal?

RIT. I say that as an RPI grad with a FIL who’s a professor there as well.

RIT is at least better than WPI.

Yes, that’s my uncle’s.

It’s good, whatever it is! :thumb:

That's surprising, but sort of cool in its own way. I like the culinary choices better, but there's surely a story behind them all. Very well done.

I rode the ebike to the shop and back today. About 14 miles, but it doesn't count. ;)

I decided when it goes to the bike shop I should also replace the cables. But when that happens I figure it would be a good time to also replace the handlebar coverings. So I'll wait until my brifter covers arrive from Taiwan.

It's not the age, it's the immunity.

It looks like sheet music. Here's a screen shot from Mrs. rjones28's iPad. They are also using Bluetooth foot pedals to turn the pages.

I had bar ends on a moustache bar for a while (on the old Schwinn). I don't even have the old DT shifters in the rjones28 parts bin anymore. I set them up on some Paul's Thumbies for a commuter bike which I sold.

My niece and her husband are both RIT grads. He is on staff there these days.

Nope. Per YouTube history this is the last music I played.

Spoiler

The last DT shifter bike I had was a Dave Tesch s22. Basically a crit bike for a heavy, powerful rider and the stiffest, most brutal ride ever. I rode that thing for 11 years and I replaced it with a CAAD5 which wasn't as stiff. I loaned (gave?) the Tesch to a friend who is 6'5" and 250 pounds and he loves it. It's the first bike he's ever been on that handles his weight.

Aww, I was picturing just 4 bars or so at a time, and the app would keep scroll along with the pace of the musicians. I guess that would be a little disconcerting though.

BT foot switches are nice!
