Fatbike wheels

Hello all,
I am in the process of changing my fatbike to make it more mountain bikeish for non winter riding.
My bike is a Framed Minnesota LTD.
Where would be a good start to finding a wheelset?
I will up size to 27.5 rim. The front is 150mm with a thru axle and the rear is 177mm quick release thru axle.
Any thoughts and ideas would be much appreciated as i cannot be the first biker to complete this conversion.

Yeah, a lot of people do this, so you're certainly not alone! We just did the very same thing with my wife's Salsa Beargrease so that she could do some summer singletrack riding with me. You might want to talk with Mike at LaceMine29. Depending on your budget, he can build a custom-built wheelset that'll fit your needs. He's a great wheelbuilder that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for his work!

Thanks much for the wheel source.

Here's another source that is probably a better deal than Mike. But I would go with 29 tires not 27.5 on that bike. If you go 27.5 you will lower the bottom bracket height which would lead to possible pedal strikes if you ride off road.

I dont want to be close to the ground as this is my off road bike.

That's a great point! We ended up going with a 27.5" summer wheelset on my wife's bike - primarily to improve her standover height - but it has resulted in more pedal strikes. In our case, going from a 26x4.6 to a 27.5x3 actually lowered the BB by at least one-half of an inch. She would definitely be better off with 29s or perhaps shorter cranks.

The thing is the outer diameter of 26" fat = 29" mountain bike tire.
