102 Miles O.D Was a clean ride, until I went on the Bike Paths & cut thru some parks. I hate geese, bushes/trees that feed geese, & the wet short grass that they feed on as well.

15.4, 600 gain. Home before 8am to beat the heat.

70.5 Miles O.D. ending in a very moist ride & increasingly higher winds.

Only about 5 miles. Couldn’t get anywhere. Everything is underwater after last night’s deluge!

15 miles with 950’ climbed. At mile 12 the rear tubeless tire started feeling strange and found this:
https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...26c7ab682.jpeg Immediately stopped and noticed just a tiny amount of escaped sealant - Orange. Rode three miles back the direct route. When home checked the tire pressure and lost 3 lbs. Because my ride was cut short by 15m miles I decided to TT the 2 miles back to the start and shaved 20 seconds after previous PR was an average speed of 22.75 for consolation. Temp was 86* |
Eight miles on Zwift. Second day weight bearing after tibia plateau fracture.

34 miles. 3,100 feet of elevation. Great temps, good day.
Started from Palo Alto, rode to Woodside and up Kings Mountain Road, along Skyline and then down Spring Ridge Trail in the Windy Hill Preserve, back down Alpine Road through Stanford Campus to Palo Alto. https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...c05c1cd0f8.jpg |

Plus, I see you have a Stigmata too. Great choice. |

Nice. Keep it up. I've had 8 surgeries, a few of them pretty bad, all sports related trauma including a crushed femur head. Getting to where you are is a big step, just do the right things, put your head down, and make it happen.

unfortunately, we have been getting rain everyday and the humidity is off the charts. I really did not want to deal with that today, so I did 45 miles and 1k ft of climbing on the Kickr today while I watch the TdF coverage.

71 Miles O.D.

8 miles today and it was very sad. The massive deluge Thursday night severely washed out our city trail that connects to the state trail along the river. It will take a lot of work to fix and the rain seems to keep coming each day. I’ll be working to come up with some alternate routes for the next few weeks or months.

31 very warm miles.

strongs winds from the east, spotty rain, hot, extreme humidity, ....welcome to Florida :thumb: , did 40 miles today.

Did my first century of the year yesterday, 118 miles. The first half was an organized ride to support the East Coast Greenway called "Ride the State". Connecticut is only 120 by 60 miles.
The organizers offered a bus ride back to the start with the bikes hauled in cargo trailers. I opted to ride back. 90% of the ride was on a paved MUP. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...795f8fa19.jpeg |

I rode the 50 mile Tour De Burger today. I rarely ride in groups. I did today. I hung at 20-22 for just over 30 miles then faded. It was my first ride of over 35 miles in about a year, and my double hernia surgery kept me out of the saddle for 6 weeks in April and May, so I am happy enough.

How early were you out and back? Since my air conditioner decided to die yesterday, I was more than a bit uncomfortable and sleepless. New special fuses from Home Depot helped fix it this morning at 7am.

That's great progress! I would ride more event's than I typically do, but usually the event has some sort of requirement that deters my interests.

The Gulf Coast Bicycle Club is a fantastic group of riders. They have done a whole lot of advocacy work locally and at the state level, and they have some very skilled organizers as well. We had 3 Stone County Sheriff's deputies on the course keeping an eye on things and helping with the very little traffic we encountered.
