I always eat healthy due to my UC but since the State RR's a few weeks back I have been eating desert. I'm really going to try to limit my weight gain this holiday season to -5lbs. Our season starts here mid Jan so there really isn't much down time.

heh - nah, these are my special recipe: wholewheat/walnut/banana... made pretty thin - they are tasty even without all the fattie-sauce on top.

race weight: 143
current weight coming off 9 week layoff: 147
goal: stay 149 and under till weight loss starts in Feb
shouldn't be hard now that I am exercising again.

two crispy creme donuts before veloswap, bought a bunch of stuff crazy cheap ($5 for a new Conti Sprinter anyone?), beef stew when I got home.

Some sort of Asian trail mix thing right now

mollusk 10-24-09 03:54 PM

I just finished a martini with two big olives. Well deserved after grading papers all afternoon and spending the morning doing auto maintenance.

Doing a "Fred" century tomorrow as penance for all my velo sins, so I will eat a lot of crap tonight.

Another martini sounds good.

timster 10-24-09 03:58 PM

Been eating pretty well lately. September was junk food month for me.

Pancakes for breakfast. Tuna salad and avocado sandwich for lunch.

gsteinb 10-24-09 04:01 PM

grasshopper tacos for dinner.

ok so this wasn't a diet day, but next week I hope to post loads of healthy meals and some consistent weight loss.
