I broke from my solo routine and joined a short and slow (15) meetup group ride with the goal to enjoy texmex and beverages. Was a nice change of pace

100 Miles O.D. as dark clouds tried to out pace me. A Shift cable replacement is due.

68 miles with some bridge loops equaling 2k ft of climbing. Weather was absolutely lovely this morning, cloudy, actually very mile temps, high 70's, low 80's, mild humidity, and NO WIND.....let me repeat that NO WIND.....
|
80.2 miles, but only 3,900 feet of elevation. no massive climbs. 5.8% average assistance from the creo, used 17.8% of the battery. didn't have much mojo for the last 1.5 hours, first hour was actually among my strongest.

First metric century on a folding bike today. Still hot (34 degrees) but at least the humidity was a bit lower than it has been recently. |

Fifty miles, Cheyenne Ride for Sight. Wanted the metric century, but the head wind did me in.
Lodgepole Creek on Horse Creek Road NW of Cheyenne. Haze is from area wild fires. https://cimg1.ibsrv.net/gimg/bikefor...7908b70b54.jpg |
Today was bike maintenance and repair day, so I only rode up and down the block a couple of times to check the bikes.

14-spot to/from a new bbq spot for lunch. pretty decent and will hit it again.

48 miles in the rain. Luckily, it wasn't heavy and there was no wind. I need to put some Rain-X on my glasses. I don't plan my rides ahead of time but use mapmyride to find out how far I went after I get home. batteries been dead on cyclocomputer for years; I just have an old flip phone. Makes the journey more interesting. :)
