We have had a ton of people lately asking for something better suited to trails and campgrounds. So, I figured that we needed nice wide tires, a very usable rack, nice saddle, and fenders.

Very impressive.
What's the price point?
Could use the better crankset, perhaps the hollow type.
Missing the mounting for brompton front pig nose block.

$499, but We are allowing pre-orders for the next few weeks at 399. On the next go round we could use a hollow bottom bracket and a two piece crank but that will just post the price a little bit

Thank you. I am very happy with the way it turned out.

1) The "thick" rim looks like it would need extended versions of schrader or presta.
2) The number of spokes and being so close to the valve can make it hard to use some chucks for air.

If this was also available with a rear hub motor and small battery, I'd have bought it in an instant. 350 watts, and not too much wattage, and it wouldn't even have been all that expensive. Especially since I'm not fond of the boat anchor, fat tire ebikes. This is a perfect ebike canvas.

1. Yes, those are longer schrader valves than normal.
2. Actually, there is plenty of space for even a larger chuck. The angle is a little deceiving.

OK, I have to admit, that is a pretty good idea. I will look into battery options.

I'd have probably bought this, with a motor, instead of the Qualisports Dolphin.

Seconded for the hub motor and small battery. This looks like a solid platform for it.

We are at 28.7 lbs. The 2.125" tires add comfort, and a little weight.

You must be a mind reader!! Yes, we have a single-speed, coaster-brake model coming in April. Since we name our bikes after origami paper figures, we considered the simplicity of the bike and went with a snake name (what could be simpler than rolling up a piece of paper and calling it a snake?), so it will be out Cobra.

I should have some photos of the final product in two weeks. It is an aluminum frame, very simple, and very light.
