All righty then...what is it you'd like to know? You haven't asked any specific questions. I'd get rid of those silly aero bars right away and re-tape the bars. This should obviously be posted in Classic/Vintage and not here in GD.

Hit that little red button and have a mod move your thread to C & V or C & V apprasials depending on what you want to know.

Pretty frame. I think it'd look great with a more modern 11 groupset on it with STI's instead of those downtube shifters. And some short reach shallow drop bars will make it look even more sexy too.

Welcome to BF! My apologies for the grief if you take it that way. However the classic and vintage forum would be the best place to go if you were looking for historical information or other praise. There are guys in there with quite a bit of old knowledge that never venture into this or other sub forums. I don't venture into there much either since they found out I like newer stuff and modified my old bikes!

Certainly you can push the red button on the bottom left and ask for the thread to be moved if you don't want to see more of the ensuing jabs or idiocy that might be coming! The mods don't mind that it's used for other purposes than what it say you are to use it for.

Funny, the DT shifters and the bars are a couple of the things I find most attractive about the bike. I suppose I'm a lot older, so to me that bike looks like what a bike is supposed to look like (other than the aero bars and the bar tape - ugh). And the front brake cable looks way too short. (OTOH, the rear brake cable is too long). Needs a Brooks leather saddle, IMO. New tires. A quick wash (the rims look like they could use a Scotch Brite pad) and you'd be the toast of the town.

But, that's me. Far more important is that the OP enjoys riding the bike. (I'd be jealous, but the frame looks a little to big for me - looks like a 58cm or so.)

Those shifter mounts will likely place it in the mid 80's

How does one steer easily with such a taut front brake cable?

Well...it's the front so it doesn't really affect steering :D
