Yeah, flu or a urinary tract infection will do that too. Hope she pulls through!

She did test positive for Covid. She's getting liquids and treatment but I haven't gotten an update recently.

My MIL had dementia and was prone to UTIs. We made a few trips to the hospital.

I am indebted to demented folks with assorted acute issues for teaching me a big chunk of what I know about internal medicine and neurology. Young @datlas probably feels the same way.

My sister's whole family each had five days of heavy sinus stuff. And that was all.

What is the name of that non-medicinal depression treatment you were involved with?

I thought I would miss the four seasons. But I don't. It's really nice to not have to deal wit cold anymore. We have wet and hot, and dry and cooler. That's enough.

Tangerine season. Eating 6-8 per day.

Transcranial magnetic stimulation. Mark George and I were the first to use it for that application.

I never did a VA rotation, but I visited a few and heard many stories.

Daughter and husband had it. He had an unpleasant upper respiratory thing for a week She had a sore throat and daily fevers, which are still going on over two weeks later, poor baby.

Been doing some low-cadence, high resistance, workouts on the trainer and they’re increasing my strength, but causing piriformis syndrome. Quite the trade-off.

Drank a coffee and instantly felt better. I get caffeine head aches sometimes but this didnít feel like that, I felt off and like I was getting ill.

Feeling fine now but my shoulders are super sore, like sore to the touch. I donít know what thatís about. Hopefully it doesnít get worse.

I might have to get me one of these, I always loved those multi pen pens, having one be a pencil also is next level awesome! This site claims it can handle .5 lead as well as .7, I hope that's true, although .7 only isn't a dealbreaker.

Movie Trailers? Harsh realm.

How about a music video to cheer you up. On this day in 1986 the Pet Shop Boys scored their first UK #1 hit with this number:

Stinging-aching neurogenic pain in the bottom of the foot, up the back of the calf, and a little bit on the posterior thigh, and doing a fairly convincing imitation of an L-4 disc. It varies a bit from attack to attack. Last week it was over the lateral calf and into the web space of the first two toes.
