chip in my carbon wheel

Today i was replacing my tubulars on my prime rr-50 wheels , and i saw this surprice https://drive.google.com/file/d/11GK...ew?usp=sharing
I used the "effetto mariposa - carogna" gluing tape since is one of the most good-rated type of tubular-glue (also kinda expensive as well since the tape vost 19$ and the glue 3$).
But i belive that is not caused from the tape , maybe a little defct on the wheels?

- Is the the wheel safe to ride?
- What can cause this kind of damage?

ps. i already sent an email to the support.

what caused the need for replacing the tire?
Did you ride on an underinflated tire or flat/bead rolling off the rim?

Sand the rough edges, a bit of epoxy, or just nail polish, and ignore.

that sound like a faster solution , do you have any experience doing this? is going to last?

The clear coat pulled up where it goes over a sticker, likely from the tape. Nail polish might pull up again, but NBD.

I've done various CF touch ups, a DIY frame repair, and nursed carbon tubulars to the bitter end by adding epoxy to worn thin brake tracks, etc. etc..

Forks, steerer tubes, and handle bars call for a more conservative approach, but in general, the sky is not falling. A lifetime of building/making stuff and many years of hanging from bits of metal and webbing thousands of feet in the air while rock climbing provide real-world risk assessment that I'm confident in.

OP this should very obviously posted in 'bicycle mechanics' NOT general discussion. There are different forum sections for a reason.

cxwrench is correct and also post the picture here. I waited 30 seconds and it didn't load. No need to put it elsewhere just upload here so we can easily see it.

Moved from General.

Where's the problem? At the 24H sticker ?
Looks like some delamination that shouldn't happen.
