Bike Forums - Hello!

Good morning, afternoon, evening, or night to whoever reads this. I am new to working on bikes. I have some amount of knowledge coming from working on cars for a good bit of my life, but I have loved bike and cars my whole life. About a year ago I found an interest in BMX my friends dad gave me a 79' Raleigh Rampar R10 bare frame one day a year ago and I've been learning how to work on bikes now! I've had a really good experience so far and the progress of making the bike a bike again has been not too problematic. The bike has a Tangeseiki MX320 threaded headset, one piece crank, 45T chainring, White 20" Skyway Tuff II wheels with a 16T freewheel. I think it kind of an "old school" setup since that is what my friend and his dad called it, but I don't know the first thing about style when it comes to BMX let alone bikes in general. I've been using it to keep my hands moving when I'm tired of working on my car, and to grow in knowledge when it comes to working on things. I would like to learn some tricks I can do with the bike but that is when I can ride it.
