Rubber boot for Brake Calipers
Does any one know where to get rubber boot that goes over the spring of
A Disc Brake Calipers to adjust and keep the parts protected from moisture. Thanks. Don't have enough post yet to post pictures sorry? |
You won't find this in any big box store.
You will find it from your LBS. Entire noodle kits can also be purchased from Jef Bezos. |
Thanks soyabean for the quick reply
, Yes if there are still any still in business I'm sure they might have them. I may try and DIY. |
Just an update, ( and need to get my post #'s up so i can post pics)
I used tin foil to make a mold of the spring, and used black epoxy gasket material to form the boot with the mold, looked like a chunk of fudge? Well put it in and it works great... |
