Who wouldnít want to live in a city where karate was more important than everyday jobs?

I'll get around to the new season eventually, especially if the outdoor riding stays threatened.

All you rich people and your windows in back. I only have eleven.

Trsnrtr 01-05-22 07:29 AM

I only have three windows out back and a sliding door.

Today was the first ride with the Varia. Took the cervelo out becuase the road conditions were horrible. A lot of melting snow, plus sand and salt and other debris.

The varia was nice, that I didnít have to keep turning my head over my shoulder.

Because I wasnít constantly looking over my shoulder it seemed cars were passing me much closer than usual.

I still look, just not as much.

People of Zwift. I'm having issues related to the group ride thing again. I can't ride with the group. We did an hour last night. First half was ok, everything was normal. Then like a switch was thrown I couldn't stay with the group. The effort to ride with them was too high let alone to go to the front. Just to catch the leader was 450 sustained watts. If I tried to draft it wasn't any easier. I ended up off the back spinning 100 watts if I put any more effort in it would act like a ramp test and require more and more power. Then with 5 minutes to go suddenly I couldn't stop myself from riding with them. I was literally putting the minimum effort and riding away from them. I've been trying to find information on this group riding thing to see if I am doing something to cause this but so far nothing is apparent.

That is kooky. I have not experienced that.

yeah, and I can't find anything like it either. It's pronounced too like a switch has been flipped. It's bad enough that I'd rather tide by myself. I ended up doing another .5 hour alone because I didn't do any work in the 2nd half of the primary ride. Not very time efficient like that

I have 3 and 2 sliding glass doors off the family room. I wish I had a 3rd in the dining room instead of a window. Would make bbqing simpler.

Back of our house has one. The entire wall. Screened burglar bars. This in the common area. The wings have four walls each, with no windows in back.

No roof problems at all. The construction on that addition is pretty good. 1970s vintage.

BillyD 01-05-22 09:12 AM

I’ve got five out back, I wish I had more or bigger because I love the natural light. But at window washing time 5 is plenty.

I'm not in the mood for counting windows.

Although, two of the basement windows aren't really windows anymore. One has heater vents routed thru it and the other used to have the oil tank fill pipes, so no glass there either.

Negatory.

MoAlpha 01-05-22 09:40 AM

We have
 • 240 infected staff in the last week
 • 100 nurses in quarantine
 • 50% positive rate for symptomatic staff testing with 960 scheduled for testing today
 • 6% postive rate for asymptomatic clinical staff testing
 • Infrastructure, security, and animal care, services stretched to the breaking point
I am going in on Friday to see two patients with no acute medical issues. At least they've been tested and quarantined for a while. Hope I don't infect them.
