Internal brake hose?

Mrs datlas postponed yesterday's wordle in progress and never got around to solving it. Streak broken. Sad.

didnít think of that.

I thought it was my rear light mount. Itís a little loose, itís the bontrager ion that attached under the seat. I tried holding it and at first I thought that fixed the problem, but then the noise came back.

We're you still holding it? Maybe a rubber band would solve the issue

I have the same light. It moves a little when mounted, but does not rattle.

I expect there's a lot of driving the van, making food, and schlepping luggage involved.

And, not much compensation for the herding and babysitting.

You mean you can't just yell at them to HTFU and follow you up the mountain as you drop the hammer?!?

I'm out.

I guess you could.

But, it's a hospitality job, not a cycling job. Hospitality may not be your thing.

I have been sick since Saturday. Started to get stuffy and scratchy on Saturday afternoon and itís continued through today. On top of that, Iíve been completely wiped out - have slept until 7:30 every day (which is 3 hours late) and have had zero desire to ride a bike.

repeated at home testing keeps coming up negative so Iím diagnosing myself with a ďman coldĒ

I might give it a shot tonight at an easy pace and see how it goes

Yeah, we still get just plain old sick during a Pandemic. Reminds me of a scene from "Hope and Glory", set in Britain during WWII - a family comes home from a day in the country to find their house is on fire. The Mom asks the head of the Fire Brigade, "What was it, a stray bomb?"

"No, ma'am. Just a fire. They happen in wartime, too."

Yeesh. Count me out.

Well boys and girls I took my one and only pair of bike shorts off the temporary line yesterday-- the line on the porch where I hang my sweaty stuff. I carried them across the house to the laundry room and never saw them again. They never made it to the line. Not on the ground Not in or around the machine. Possibly a dog carried them off. Otherwise they just went poof.

Happens in our house with stinky socks.

Our dog is not big enough to haul off our shorts.

We had a Greyhound who would steal socks. It's a common behavior in Greyhounds - "Shopping". Only ever one sock from a pair. But you could always tell when she had one, because the sound of her footsteps down the hall was particularly jaunty, like she was proud of herself.

I lucked into 2/6 today.

Yesterday, I was totally stumped after 4, and never finished. Do you remember yesterday's word?

Iím currently in the same condition. I couch-crashed after yesterdayís easy 40 mile ride. Felt fine this AM so I went to a group ride and ended up being shepherded back to the parking lot by a friend. Iím going to test pretty soon.
