Price-point Colnago...

I would ride it. And it has Simplex Retrofriction shifters.

Check how far out is the adjustable cup. That must be some spindle.

Interesting choice of shifters the guy made.

He says it's a Campy bb, but the spindle doesn't look like it.

Probably made by Kludge.

^^^^^^^^ No Cloog parts

SJX426 08-11-20 01:46 PM

Used a spindle for thin cups, but used the thick ones?

Looks like a spindle that uses nuts, not bolts, to secure the arms.

Believe it or not, I might actually grab this. 🤔 There are some other decent bikes here too, pretty often, and I’m also looking at another Italian bike here tomorrow night. 🤔

Decisions, decisions. 🤔😁

Check how far out is the adjustable cup.
Possibility: spindle from GS etc. set with thin cups , but cups, thicker ones
with the reverse spiral grooves on the inside from the record Parts..

stardognine-

Go for it. They were contact built frames with Columbus Zeta or Aelle tubesets and usually equipped with second tier Italian gruppos or mixes like Gipiemme.

Very nice and a higher gruppo spec as well. Have fun with it.
