I'm so glad to be away from that.

No HOA on our street, but it is possible to run afoul of the city. Though I suspect at this point with the drought you'd be more likely to run into trouble if your yard was especially lush.

Sure, scythes are faster - that’s why so many farmers still use them.

Is it time to move this thread to the home and garden sub-forum?

Plus, you can get a big, black hooded cloak, wear it and carry the scythe, and scare the hell out of the neighbors.

I remember super tall Grim Reaper guy, running alongside in sneakers with his little scythe near the finish. Good times.

I only did that ride once and I suffered miserably on the last part of that climb. I was fine until the last stop I think it was Angeles Oaks?, then the last 15 miles it felt like my stomach was going to explode. Altitude usually doesn't bother me but maybe it had to do with a 35 mile climb to altitude or maybe something I ate.

After a bit of descending I felt much better. Never went back but I did some mountain biking on a trail following that road one time.

Gold's a waste of money when bronze will do.

You're thinking of the same thread in a different thread.
