Vintage Bianchi Veloce
4 Attachment(s)
I have a vintage 52 cm Bianchi Veloce that I have no idea how much to list for. It is Celeste Green and says made in Italy on it. It has a steel frame that says 'Bianchi Mega Pro Advanced Tube Set' and a fork that says' Bianchi Double-Butted Chroma Fork'. There are 9 speed Campy shifters though one side might need to be rebuilt. Any idea how much its worth?http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=339478http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=339479http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=339480http://bikeforums.net/attachment.php...hmentid=339481

Welcome to the forums. Value is highly dependent on local market conditions. Consequently, disclosing your locale is a prerequesite for accurate appraisals.

I'd say $350. You mention Brifter needs overhaul, so I factored in other maintenance.

I sold a Veloce a year ago for $625 in the Twin Cities which is a hot market. The one I sold looks like about the same year. I thought I got more than it was worth. I did have a few people interested in it though. I had about $125 invested in it.

I sold a Veloce several years ago for about $650. It killed me to sell it for that, since I'd put in a total of about $1000 into it. I'd have to say your's is worth between $500-600.
