Please enable changing date and time display format

It really bugs me that I cannot change the date and time display format to a more familiar. I have seen that possible in many other forums, so I just assume that it would be possible also in this forum if it was enabled.

Today is 2023-12-07.

I don't know but the software works both ways TODAY.
