The problem you might find is that the pace bots go at a constant 'power', so unlike real riders, they don't exert more effort on climbs, so if you ride like you would outside, you'll drop them on the climbs. On descent where you mighty push 100w just to keep your legs moving, they're STILL putting out their specified power, so they'll blow past you. It works best on the flat routes.

I try to train to power on real rides (when I’m in a disciplined mood), so that’s just a little more extreme.

it's hard to quantify but I would conservatively say it is 2 or 3 times your awesomeness. In numbers, where x= vols awesomeness.
2.5x = 85 DougRNS awesomeness
x=85/2.5
X=34 vols awesomeness
You asked.

So much action. Those sneaky knaves. And that soundtrack. Classic.

West Coasters must dig these shots of open streets "downtown."

LesterOfPuppets 10-06-21 09:32 PM

I'm surprised you're not watching the episode with cycling content.

Good luck on your exam.

We have a rule, actually my wife has this rule, that I can’t run the grinder or the espresso machine before 6 AM if she’s still asleep.

ITS TIME!
