Need help to ID this Concorde PDM frame, thanks!

I came across this Concorde PDM frame last week, not sure about the year of made and whether it's worth the price. Hope some experts can help identify the model and tell if it's been repainted.

I wish to build my first classic steel frame bike with a decent vintage frame, a lot to learn. Please share your thoughts on this one. Many thanks.

I had a Concorde Aquila with the PDM paint scheme from roughly that era, and it had SLX tubing. I loved that bike. It rode wonderfully until I got hit by a car while riding it. The Squadra was a step above it and was made with TSX tubing. The one you've posted is Aelle, which would make it a step or 2 down from the Aquila (the lack of internal top tube rear brake routing, Italian tricolor plaque, and race number hanger would confirm that) and put it probably somewhere in the middle of their road bike rankings. I can't remember the name of those models off the top of my head. Also can't seem to find the catalogs online that I used to use as a resource, but I think they sponsored PDM sometime between 1986 and 1992 or 93 or so, so the bike would be in that time range.

Team replica, probably a Mistral or Colombo.
$100 frameset, but I'd want to know what's under the orange sticker first.

Much appreciated, many thanks! It's hard to find Concorde product catalogs online, would be great if anyone who has it can update the Manufacturer Catalog at sticky threads.

Based on the decals, the subject bicycle is from 1991. The Aelle tubed model was called the Colombo in my market, though it may have used another name in other markets.

I would say $125 or so with the crank set very nice project frame set but nothing real special. if you go to check it out take close look at the chrome on the fork it looks like there may be some rust under the rough looking chrome.

On line catalogs tend to be labors of love, by individual collectors. The brands typically do not support the effort. Those individuals have to first collect the catalogs (buy them), then scan them, then create a website and pay the cost to host them on line. Many brands do not have that individual. There are plenty of opportunities for people to step up and help the cause.

For example, as I recall, the guy with the vintage Cannondale site had Cannondale attempt to shut him down.....

Me, I'd be willing to pay a little for that frame with the headset, crankset, and bottom bracket all in place.
