I just got into cycling this year. The Edge 130 was the cycling computer I bought. I thought about more expensive versions, with true GPS, but since I always have my phone on me, I didn't think it was worth it. I also thought the monochrome screen would be better on bright sunny dayss vs the color screens of some of the higher end models, like the screen on an Amazon kindle, which are great on bright sunny days. So, far, I really like it. I load all of my routes before hand, and just follow the turn prompts. It works great with Wahoo heart rate monitor, and speed and cadence sensor. It also works great with the Garmin Varia RTL150 rear radar. I really like how that works. The only thing I have not been able to figure out is how to get the "virtual partner" feature to work when I'm riding routes I've ridden before. I think the one con is the Garmin manual/documentation seems lacking in my opinion. It talks about the virtual partner, but I still can't figure out how to make it work. Overall, I'm satisfied.
