I am 130lbs and at a race recently i ran 18 psi front and 23 psi rear. Not a problem. I am using the velocity a23 though, so the wider rim does help.

The tread is practically the same as the Grifos but from what I have read the vittorias should be much more durable. Challenge sometimes has issues with the tread coming unglued from the casing.
