Have you looked in to Adventure Cycling (https://www.adventurecycling.org/guided-tours/)? Reasonable prices. They also have some somewhat easy routes. Many are camping, but often have indoor options....

It was pretty inexpensive and the size I thought would work. However, the velcro straps are an odd length that requires I wrap them around the rack several times so the business ends meet properly....
