Picked up a 2007 R800 in perfect condition....put new tires, brake pads and bar tape. Paid the person $120 for this ....it weighs 16 lbs and is super smooth with the 105 and Ultegra equipment.

Tires and tubes are changed out…. I did my good deed and paid 45% more at my LBS but not agin ….. because after looking online there are many brick and mortar stores sell there at reasonable prices.

A good approved helmet for a bike is fine…. Most ebikes have a top speed of 20mph …. I do more on my road bike …. So speed shouldn’t be a factor
