Where is a good (warm) place to train/vacation?

I got a week in December when I can get out of the midwest, and go train somewhere warm (in the states). Anyone got any suggestions where me and a buddy should go, that has good rides, warm(er)...

I have a p2 sl, and I also have the profile design aero bottle. My aero bars are close enough together that I just jam the bottle inbetween, then use the 2 included rubber bands to wrap the bottle...
