Interesting thread. Seems some of the posts are mistaking pain for discomfort. I wouldn't call hard efforts painful (unless something is injured), but rather very uncomfortable and/or exhausting....

25 miles this morning. Beautiful morning down here. 17.5 avg. with lots of stops and starts due to traffic signals. I seem to be at an average speed plateau. Guess it's time for some intervals.
