In my experience right angle turns are safer than bends because it provides natural separation. Wide roads and bends tend to find taking weird lines all over unless there's enough wind to force folks...

I’m 5’6”. At some point in 2019 I saw 127. That year I was generally 135 or less. When I was doing more track and crits I was typically mid 140s.
