I keep track of mileage only so I don’t overdo it on my back. I have an e bike, so Average Moving Speed and that sort of thing is just cheating.

I had arthroscopic partial menisectomy about 2 weeks ago. It did not make an immediate difference, but I think it’s heading in the right direction.
