It does look like an 86 Redline RL-20a same...

It does look like an 86 Redline RL-20a same gussett but the lack of a chainstay brace rules that out. RL-20 Prostyler had stay stands. Maybe it was an Akisu for a department store bike like Pitbull...

Redlines in the 80s started with RJ, R* etc and in the 90's they were AC*. I know for sure because I rode a 92 RL 240B I ordered from Albe's as my campus bike. LaserLites did not have a chain stay...
