Thanks! I almost signed up for the Strada Rossa gravel ride in Redlands this weekend, I've saved the files for a later date. I'm staying in Oceanside so I figure it's a good chance to do Palomar :-)

I have always had success taking airborne and zicam. I take it whenever one of the family members gets sick, they say to take it at the first sign of sickness but I like to get a jump start :-)

There's a newish thing in AZ called "Dive-in" movies where the resorts use those big inflatable screens to show movies in summer here by the pools. It's a way to get business during the off season....

I definitely spend more time on dirt/gravel these days but feel slightly less guilty about the road riding risk now that my kids are older (15 & 18) and somewhat capable of taking care of themselves....
