I own one in 58, honestly, the Specialized Expedition is what a modern Surly Disc Trucker wished it was. The SE is as sturdy as the Trucker but also like a racing bike, so it's fast AND well built....

I got the frame, according to the Classic De Rosa guide posted, it appears that frame was a 1980 Professional. On the seat stay top the design matched the diagram for 1980. I will take some pictures...
