I'm looking to upgrade my CAAD10 or just getting a new CAAD12

I have a 2012 CAAD10-1 that has Shimano Dura-Ace 7900 parts so it's 10-speed.

That part doesn't mind me as much as the dent it has...

I had 23mm pro4 endurances on Shimano RS80s and...

I had 23mm pro4 endurances on Shimano RS80s and they felt like 23mm.

Replaced with Pro4 Service Course and they sit a little wider on the rim, but not sure if close to 25.

Here's my CAAD10 just waiting another week to cut the steerer tube. Then my next purchase for it will be the "slam that stem" cap.

I have a question for those with the CAAD10 3...is the Jet Black finish more of a gloss finish or somewhere between matte and satin? Thanks.
