Ouch, that really blows. I know who you are, you know me too im at Plan B often as well. You can true the wheel enough so its safe to ride, but i advise you to get a new rim and or spokes.

edit: I just went and gathered all the old spokes, and placed them all together and some are a bit shorter then others but some looked stretched because of over tightening.
