The Ritchey's that are worth big coin are the fillet brazed ones. This is a tig welded in Japan version. While a nice bike, it isn't up there on the collectors must have list.

It is leather. It will have flaws. I would ride it and not think twice about it. After a few months it will have more flaws. Comfort is the primary objective with a Brooks saddle.

I would do new rims on original hubs. When the hubs are delaced you can soak them in oxalic acid to remove the rust. That bike has earned its patina. Clean it up and ride it.
