Lube

Bottom bracket is grease not oil. ATF is for cleaning. A tablespoon of engine oil once a year in a running Strumey Archer hub is more than plenty.

Grease the cage bearings only.

The only grease necessary is on the caged ball bearings. The inner gears, springs, shafts, driver and clutch don't function properly if grease gets on them. So less is more where grease is required....
