can anyone tell me if an Iverson Decathlon is a bike worth buying for 100 bucks? i just saw it on ebay. the man said it is the same bike used in the 1970's olympics

i know a guy with a man's fuji supreme racer and a centurion but i dont know which to choose? which one would be better to ride? they both fit me well.
