I am pretty certain that those are American Classic hubs, their minimalist skewers are distinctive.
Gotta say, those tri bars are really hideous!!

The serial number on my Atala record professional is 72A1986. I take that to mean that the year of manufacture was 1972 (first two digits). THe letter probably designates the month. Does yours follow...
