I would think it depends on your upgrade coordinator. If they are keeping track of what races you used for your "10" cat5 races...maybe they won't let you...

But...perhaps they "throw away" the...

I was also instructed to look at my cleat position...moving the cleat inward and therefore moving the foot away from the midline...
