First Criterium Tips?

They say you should be happy if you finish your first race. I crashed in my first race, but finished, so do better than I and don't crash. Be comfortable in a group before you go race.

I'd suggest not reusing them. Broke one last year on a ride, ended up walking, and that was an 8 speed, stronger I'd assume. If you are going to reuse it, carry an extra on the road.

What about the lightweights? I'm about 125lbs and ride 25c; charts say I should be at about 80psi but the minimum is 100psi, it's way to hard for such a light guy. Do I obey minimum pressure?
