That's so cool. What kind of drivetrain is that? Don't put money into restoring it - it's a $10 bike, man! How much more perfect do beater/commuters get? I'd redo the tape, but that's about it.

If that's not fixed, you probably should throw on a rear brake- no reason not to. Otherwise, cool build, bet it's light. I'm using those same wheels on my single speed conversion.
