How did the doctor find out? I had a check up that day, after I came back. Blood work made me stand out. I explained it to the nurse, O' she said. (Everyone ride out here.)

I got nailed from the doctor for not drinking enough for yesterdays ride. You see,, I was pulling the trailer (55lbs+ of food) and I didn't bring enough water on this ride and ran out 1/2 way out.....
